I bought a new Ford eco sport March last year when lockdown first happened i rand the Ford main dealer to say the app that comes with the Ford car is saying major faults on most of the settings. I was tolled it was playing up and to ignore it as nothing was showing on the dash inside the car.
4 weeks ago I took the car back to the main dealer as the steering seemed very heavy they looked at it and said they think the steering rack has failed so they ordering a new one my car is stripped in the Ford garage waiting for the new part. There words was they will put the new rack on and hopefully that’s was the problem and I can have the car back.
I’m still waiting for the car to be repaired they have given me a car to drive I feel the car was brand new when I purchased it I was fobbed off at the time I first tolled them about a problem so what is my rights
