My partner has a Dart Charge account with both our vehicles on it. Dart Charge removed my vehicle from the account without my partners knowledge or permission. We made a crossing in my vehicle without realising this. We made the payment of £5.00, two day's later, once we had realised. Dart Charge refuse to listen and it has now escalated to a debt recovery agency. Any advice please.
