Enrolled on a plumbing course with this company and was misinformed on course free also as was not employed and claiming benefits at the time and was lead to believe it would be funded. First payment was taken out of £180 which was immediately cancel and organisation was called straight away and demanded cancellation. Complaints was made to finance department and colleges d they said I was over the 14 day cancellation date by six days. I been travelling in and out of the country and came back to the uk to see family to back abroad. They now demand proof of moving abroad or any cancellations of private bank accounts. I have not started or logged the account to start the course. Not even used any services with the course and even sent back the all documents that was sent to me. The lady at the college words were well I’ve stated the course, cancellation was too late and will need proof it any travelling documents or cancellations of personal bank accounts. Although I’ll be leaving the country, I still be coming back in the near future. They claim they will add a ccj to my file if not pay and doesn’t matter if I don’t to the course or cancelled late.
