  • Tolata Trust Land Act court case - drop hands offer accepted - what next?

Hi looking for some advice, both parties have discharged solicitors and I've proposed a drop hands offer accept and bear our own costs, claimant has agreed and confirmed in writing which has been shared with judge. Judge review and said to be considered at hearing? Should we progress to submit a formal consent order application for approval and vacate the next hearing? Can someone advise? Or is there another settlement document? Not married so consent seems centred about divorce, also this is mutli-track and does any one know the cost of the application and form i'd need to use for court?
