Hi all I’m new to the site and would just like to say thanks very much to anyone who replies and gives advice on this matter.
Ive received a letter from drydensfairfax saying their client Arrow Global Guernsey Limited are chasing me for £1604.96 from a debt i had with capital one in 2009, Capital One issued a CCJ on me in April 2014 which has been on my file ever since. Now they say they have obtained from the court to put a charge on my property for the debt.
The question i need answered is i had the property that the debt was registered too taken off me in 2009 hence the non payment, i never received any letters regarding this debt as i was abroad for 4 years (this can all be verified) can they just buy these debts and enforce them like this?
