Hello everyone,
I just joined the forum and was wondering if anyone can direct me to the right place to post ? I tried once already, but didn't have much luck with responses so maybe I am not posting in the correct section.
I have received a reconstituted CCA from PRA regarding an alleged Barclaycard debt . I was hoping one of the knowledgeable forum members might be able to to take a quick look at it for me and tell me if they think it is enforceable?
My back is really up against the wall at the moment so any help would be much appreciated.
