  • Marston's problems please help

Hi there hope you are all well

This morning I received a phone call from Marston's along with a letter stating that I owe them £586.52

This is allegedly for unpaid fines, which admission I do have fines that are at the moment not settled but I had an arrangement in place with Merseyside and Runcorn courts not sure who it's with I think bits Liverpool but that's the generic number I was provided with. I normally pay them £25 per month to clear this but today for some reason it's as though this has never happened and that Marston's are now giving me a window of 7 days to pay the amount in full or well I am sure your all aware as to how these thieves carry themselves. So I informed the lady I spoke to on the phone who to be fair to her seemed as pleasent as she could but was still very insistent that I had to pay this within the time limit. I also made her aware that I have had to take time of work as i am awaiting surgery on my knee tor a torn ACL and I am also suffering severe mental health problems and work at the moment has not been possible so that the full balance could not be paid.

Followed by an enforcement officer will attend my property with the police to ensure the warrant to sieze goods is carried out. I do not understand tho as I have been paying the courts each and every month and this has now happened. They have added money on when writing this I have .22p sat in my bank and no help from the government I am at a loss and do not know what I can do so please any advice will be much appreciated
