Wife asked me too sign for a credit card at this time we had a joint account two years ago we seperated and seperated bank accounts, I moved into a flat and a year latter moved again, 1 week ago I received a letter from solicitors that I was given a ccj but it had been sent to the previous address in January this year ,my ex wife dealt with all payments to the credit card company and I have had no correspondence ever until now could the ccj be set aside on these grounds
