  • Voluntary Termination

Hello Bob, looking for some assistance based on your good advice on other threads.

I have car that i have paid over the 50% mark and was intending on voluntary terminating the contract and returning the car. I have inherited my Father In Law's car, after he recently passed away with COVID.
Unfortunately i have now had some major problems with my car. Mainly the turbo and possibly DPF filter will need replaced. The car is no longer able to drive.
What are my options? Would i be likely to inherit a significant bill if i tried to return to finance company?

    Thanks for your help
