  • Multiple Court Orders

    Once a 2nd County Court Order and instructions is issued following a breach of the 1st Order, do the
    Instructions on the 1st Order become void, if they are not specifically referred to in the 2nd Hearing and the subsequent "New" Order....or do they
    need to be actually cancelled in the instructions of the 2nd Order, otherwsie are they still part of the Order/s ?
    Cannot find anything in the CPR rules that actually cover this...
    Would appreciate any repsonses with guidance as to where i can find the information or what the procedure is
    for this type of scenario
