Hi everyone, i have an issue with The moneyshop they gave me a bad unaffordable loan, which i was unable to afford the repayments.
They have now closed due to them giving out bad unaffordable loans.
They had to pay out a lot of compensation due to this bad practise.
i have now been sent out a court letter from Perch capital limited or TM legal services as they are also known, saying that i now have to pay them with added fees.
I have disagreed with the claim and signed the letter to send it back explaining my situation and also about the bad practises.
I am also going to send them a CCA request to obtain all the documents they have relating to this case.
