JPS Financial demanding 800 admin fee

stressing out as ive had an invoice from JPS Financial demanding 800 plus vat if I don't sign a LOA - this was for a contract that I signed in March 2017 at the time I recall trying to call JPS chasing my claim as they mentioned in a call I was owed a lot - after calling 100s of times I had no joy and gave up - so I was surprised 4 years later I get an Invoice threatening if i dont pay it will go up and a LOA - I don't trust this company as last year i Check my PPi and i was due nothing so why is this company pushing so hard 4 years later
