Inadvertentley keyed wrong registration and received NTK. No ticket held, but had 3 witnesses to verify purchase. Appealed and requested company check ticket machine data for anomolies to prove my claim stating BPA Code Section 17 - fairness, visibility, reduced fee for keying error £20 etc. My Appeal was revoked and the requested evidence of relevant ticket machine data and cctv coverage during my stay to prove purchase was not given due to DPR. Question: as I am unable to see this evidence due to DPR, should this matter go to a second appeal with POPLA and/or Small Claims Court will they be able to request this most relevant evidence when deciding my case?
