    problem with JPS financial

    Has anyone received any threatening letters from JPS Financial?
    several years ago I authorised them to look into PPI for me on a credit card
    they came back and said I had , I could either let them pursue it or I could pursue it direct
    obviously I did it myself but they are now sending threatening letters saying if I don’t sign the LOA they will instruct their solicitors to chase their costs
