Hello, I would be grateful for any reply.
if a claimant in person is sent a without Prejudice email, by the respondent lawyers. Which states would you enter into a conversation about settlement, & the claimant has become aware of new information & feels that they need the respondent witness statements, so asks for them. If then the respondent lawyers send another without Prejudice email, stating it will be costly for our clients & we will reduce any settlement by our clients for the cost of doing them.
is this a true without Prejudice email? Is it legal?
thank you for any help
