    Commission

    Hi there, I'm hoping you can help. I work in a Sales environment and I'm in the process of buying a house. I need a commission report for my Q3 performance in order to get my mortgage in principle so I can move forward with my house otherwise it will fall apart however my boss is refusing to give me this information and is black mailing me to do a sales deal before he gives me the information and he is fully aware of my situation. I'm sure this is illegal and I really need some advise - can anyone help?
