  • Lowells/Provident

I used to borrow money from Provident and i recently was contacted by Lowells to say that I owed £10 k apparently for 3 loans dating back well over 6 years. I went through all the procedure not acknowledging etc and SB but they dont give in easily and I now received a notice of proposed allocation to Small claims court. What should I do now? They have not provided any proof of loan or payment but the dates and figures provided scream to me of irresponsible lending. Lowells have tried every trick in the book including mediation on a debt that i dont even acknowledge. What should I do now
