Hello,
I am looking at pursuing a personal injury claim as I sustained injury in an RTC when I was a passenger.
The driver of the car I was in has legal motor cover but the reviews of the company which provide this are terrible. I think the 3rd party will admit full fault but in the small chance they do not, I do wonder if it is better for me to find my own legal team to ensure that there is no conflict of interest (e.g. if I have to also claim from the driver's insurance), but also because the legal company from the motor insurance reviews so poorly.
I know that NWNF takes approx 25% of an awarded claim. One solicitors I have contacted says they take 35% if I am successful, which consists of 25% damages and costs and 10% insurance policy. I have never made a personal injury claim before-what is the 10% insurance policy?
Many thanks for any help and clarification,
Kat
