  • Three Default

    Hello,

I am after some help - I am applying for a mortgage and I have just seen that a Three account defaulted for £52 (small amount). I contacted Three and asked what this was about?

I took out "what I thought was" a business sim-only deal with Three between 08/12/2018 and 08/12/2019 and it looks like they set it up as a personal account. I found out in April this year when I started looking at my credit report.

Anyway, I needed a new personal contract so went with Three and then found out about this other account as mentioned above. They said the account was always personal which I still disagree with until this day - the guy in Three back in Dec 18 said business...

Anyway, I took out a new contract and asked for them to cancel the contract which should have been a business but personal... however, it looks like they didn't and it defaulted due to non payment of £52!!

I spoke to 333 and live chat and they have said there is no proof I asked for a business account in Dec 18 and also I asked for it to be removed in March 20 when I took out my new personal deal.

I really don't know what to do??
