Assaulted by boss then sacked?

I知 basically just trying to find any advice on my current situation? I値l break it down super small but basically my boss pulled me into the office to shout at me over a dirty tray I left on the side (I知 a chef) I explained I was busy and was goi g back to it.. from that point my boss then continued to scream and shout at me and get extremely angry which made me really intimidated and scared. So I got upset and went to leave the office which is where she screamed at me to sit down, I was very upset at that time and then did leave the office, I went to serve a customer just to get away from her, I moved from the till into the restaurant so I didn稚 have to pass her and just froze up and started to cry. My boss followed me over screamed at me not to be crying so as I went to walk back into the kitchen she grabbed me under my arm and pushed me. I was so shocked and scared so as I got into the kitchen I told her not to push me, which is where she grabbed my arm again to tell me she didn稚 push me. She then told me to leave all my uniform and get off the site? Now I have called HR and my area manager is calling me telling me I should be on site at this time whilst there investigating these allegations, but honestly I知 literally to scared to return there when she痴 obviously going to be even more angry with me? Do I have any rights to stop me from working with her again?
