Some time ago I was contacted by jps financial they enquired if I had ever taken out loan and if I had paid ppi. I told them I hadn't ever taken out ppi. I told them I wasn't interested in them looking into any ppi claim. They told me it would cost a penny as they would take a percentage of any claim found. They convince me to sign and return documents. After several months I received a cheque for 5 pence. Since signing those papers we have been harassed and pressured, phone calls 3 or 4 a day endless emails and letters through the post. I told them to stop the harassment as my wife was seriously I'll with anxiety and stress which caused her breathing difficulties and also she lost her voice. The harassment persisted. We were then sent and invoice for £330. I reported them to the financial onbudsman. A few weeks ago I received an invoice for £660. All the threatening emails started again. I told them to stop the harassment as it was effecting my wife's health. Day after day the emails kept coming. We now received a letter from a dept collection agency threatening to enter our property and take goods to the value of £812... this is a warning against this company. They use bulling tactics. I'm now going back to the onbudsman in hope to stop this company trading.
