:tinysmile_cry_t:Hello everybody, I have a problem i am sure sombody here will be able to help. My partner has recived a debt collection letter out of the blue for an item she has never bought we have had problems in the past with a person of the same name running around not paying for things for some reason the debt collectors come to us, now usually they understand they have made a mistake and leave us alone however the latest one insisted we make a police report of fraud even though we have had no other troubles with id fraud. I think they have found a name and matched an address and sent the letter out fishing for payment.there was somthing on watch dog about it. Now that in it's own is not a real problem what is is the fact they are now not repling to my e mails they a rude and uncompromising when phoned and i feel police time is being wasted and i feel this is a very suspect pratice, because of this i feel they should feel some pain for this and it hurts most when they have to pay out what my question to everybody is how do you bill a debt collection company for wasting your time and causing distress through incorrect research and generally sloppy debt collecting praticies.
