Can I ask a question re PPI ? I was cold called by a company re PPI offering to look into whether there was any likelihood of my making game a claim and they d get back to me. I agreed but never heard from them again until I recieved a payment. I was never given a credit agreement or terms of business or made aware of charges. I have never recieved an itemised bill outlining work they've undertaken, they didn't even ask for an address they just text me. Can I dispute the amount they are charging me. They have passed my number onto their sister company to recover the debt.
