Start line motor damages report voluntary termination

I wonder if someone could please advise me. I carried out a voluntary termination with startline. My car was collected on 10th august. The car was a 63 plate Audi A3. I did not sign any damages report and now they have come back to say I owe £120 for alloy refurb. I know the car was taken and sold at auction. Is it upto startline motor finance to prove I did damage the alloys or upto me to prove I did not? They have said if I don’t pay the £120 it will go to a collection agency. Any help is appreciated.
