I have lived my property for nearly 30 years, locally to me when I first moved to the area was a furniture warehouse known as ELS. Unfortunately the business closed. After some time the council developed the area to change it into a small business estate. At meetings with our council over the changes of use, one council planner pointed out that we do live next to a industrial estate. Where does the law stand, as we feel we are being bullied and have no representation.
