  • Crown court trial sept

Im wondering if somebody knows what happens at a crown court trial when 1 of the people involved is still wanted by the police (was never arrested but is wanted in connection with the crime),the other person has been arrested and is now awaiting his 'mention' hearing in september after refused plea at his plea and trial preparation hearing recently ,will he be dealt with seperately and will it make a difference to the outcome based on the fact 1 person is wanted still for questioning .Thank you
