Employer Breaxh of confidentiality
In short my line manager knowingly or not uploaded information about my mental health, details about medications I am taking and statements highlighting confidential conversations had during supervision. To a system used company wide. I was alerted to this by a colleague and friend two days ago.
I have reached out to a handful of solicitors, some have said I could get a settlement for 3-4 months salary at best. While two others have suggested this could be both a GDPR civil case and potentially a breach of contract.
For referenreference been working at this place for one year and a half so I am advised I'm denied the opportunity to claim constructive dismissal.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
