CCA received. Is it right?

I have received a copy CCA, following a request for same, from Idem. I have disputed what that have sent me as I was only sent one page of it(it states on the copy that's it's a 2 sided agreement). What they have sent only showed my Christian name. Also the copy of the t&C's is missing points 1 and 13. Idem have now come back to say that their investigation is complete and that their legal team deem what they have sent as enforceable. What are my next steps?
