I used Money Claim Online to issue a claim. Not enough space on the form to enter all the particulars of Claim so elected to send extra particulars within 14 days. . MCOL issue the main claim and instruct you to send the extra particulars with cover letter and a ref to the Claim number. The main Claim online contains a statement of truth. The opposition have ignored the claim and are now asking for it to be set aside as the extra particulars do not have a statement of truth. No where inthe MOCL instructions does it say you need to send this extra statement of truth. Is he correct or does the first statement of truth issued online cover the extra particulars.*
