I have only just found out that a neighbour has used several incorrect and misleading statements and plans on a planning application that was passed in 2018. The property is now in enforcement over the height, footprint and position. Investigations are ongoing.
In this senario should the original permission be declared void and what is the process for that to happen ?
Or does it just go to retrospective ?
