I am in the process of going through a separation. On Thursday evening I was served with a Non Molestation order. I would have never imagined for my ex and my step daughter to ever level such accusations about me.
I was in total ruin after what I read from their statements. I have 7 days to respond to the court to discharge the order. Would I need a solicitor to help write or simply can I put forward my
own dispute against the accusations
