Mercedes Voluntary Agreement

Hi all
Just about to press the button with MBFS, and wanted to make sure I have everything in order. Seen loads of threads about other people's experiences, so I am reasonably well prepared for what will no doubt come my way. Unfortunately, however, I can't download the VT Letter Template; the link doesn't seem to work.
Could someone reload the link for me to access?
