Hi,
I took Parcel2go to the small claims court recently as they refused to compensate for damage to a parcel I had* sent. They settled and paid the damages. But now I found that they have blocked my address so nobody can send me anything through their service anymore. I don't mind if they block ME from sending, but it is different if they block everybody else from sending to me.....
Are they allowed to do that? A lot of people on Ebay use them, so basically it means that when you stand up for your rights, you get this...
