Vauxhall vt

Hi, I have started the VT process using the template on here. I have included the amount left to pay etc as the template includes. I have had a response from Vauxhall saying to go ahead I need to reply to an email they have sent which means agreeing to pay the £100 collection charge. (If i drop it off its free but none of the sites are withing 90mins of me!) Do I have to respond or should they accept my original email and should I then wait the 14 days for them to call me as the template says but if they dont contact me then what? Thanks.
