Hi. I am in receipt of an income from my new job and an armed forces pension. Prior to leaving the armed forces I had a mutual agreement with ex wife on what I would pay. We used the CMS calculator to agree a figure. My employment circumstances have changed so we need to agree a new figure. My ex agreed to forego my pension during the settlement so do I need to declare this “second income” when working out how much I will pay? Thanks in advance
