DVLA licence renewal

I am feeling so frustrated in being unable to make contact with the DVLA. I posted my licence renewal on the 23 March 2020. My licence was due to run out on the 25 May 2020. I sent a letter as no other avenue open to me on the 23 April 2020, then again on the 22 May 2020, this time recorded delivery, I got confirmation it was received. It is now 3 June and still no contact, I am about to send a second recorded letter. Can anyone advise me what I can do please?
