  • Employment tribunal ccj

Hi any advice! I found out few months back an ex employee won a judgment against my old company which was ltd, back in March 2018. She failed to stop the company from being struck off but at the time the judgment was made I had no idea as I had moved address.
I had nothing on my credit file and a few months back I got a call from saying there was a debt made by the employment tribunal against my company has been moved to my personal name for unpaid wages! She also had reinstated the company. I have my court case on in just a few days to get the ccj set aside as I had no idea. Firstly how can she put a debt into my personal name and also why reinstate a company that shows on companies house we made a loss for 2 years'
but told by solicitors we have no chance as this judgment was made by the employment tribunal. Yes it was made by the employment tribunal but against the company not against me personally. Please help
