I would appreciate some information please-- I am the defendant in a contentious Probate challenge and I have to submit Affidavit of Scripts. I know that I will be giving details of the last Will of the testatrix. Do I have to provide Affidavit of Attesting witness/s as part of the stated Affidavit of Scripts? I know that they will be requested at some stage of these proceedings. Thanks for any assistance.
