    Hi, I’ve asked a neighbour of mine if she is interested in selling the land behind my house. Her husband supposedly purchased the land in 1988. The land runs behind 10 houses all together. As she was interested in selling she began to find the deeds but as a result discovered that she only has the deeds for the land behind the first 5 houses. The land I’m interested in is in fact unregistered. As she and her husband have maintained the land (which has also been fenced all round and under their sole ownership) for over 30 years I believe she can claim adverse possession. Please correct me if I’m wrong.*What would be the best way for her to claim the land legally and switch it over to me? Thanks
