  • Tupe question regarding company car

    Hi,
    looking for advice,
4 years ago I got tuped and had a company car and under new company I moved to I was made to believe this was none contractual benefit however they would honour it as goodwill and when I signed for car it said none contractual.
im now being tuped again and the new company doesn’t provide company cars and I have been told I will get a little extra cash till Dec to help fund a new car which ends in jan.
tupe is still being negotiated and I have found my old contract from 4years ago and imy company car was contractual and they had made a mistake thinking it was none contractual which hr are now aware of.
with it being contractual would this now make the tupe move to first company regarding car benefit I signed as none contractual null and void as I’m sure signing for something under tupe leading to worse t&c for same benefit is not allowed? And will new company that doesn’t provide company cars now have to offer something to match what I would be losing ref car?

    Thanks
