  • Solicitors breach of undertaking to High Court

Hi again , I am the defendant and not represented by anyone in a probate case that I have found myself in a litigation nightmare due to numerous underhand tactics I’ve been subject to by the claimants solicitor. The solicitor took an Undertaking in Court to return documents to me ‘In good time’ which she hasn’t done even though she received them in Dec 19. She has moved solicitors firms and taken the documents with her and still represents the original claimants. I’ve replied to her emails a multitude of times and constantly receive out of office auto replies ... She’s applied to Court to be released from her Undertaking. Can I apply to Court for her to be sanctioned and costs awarded against her rather than me as I didn’t write the Order that she hasn’t adhered to it was the Judge ? Any help would be appreciated*
