Voluntary termination (IJ)

Hi, I know there are already threads for VT but I cant find any for the issue I am having. If I terminate my PCP contract for a vehicle and the finance company refuse to collect the vehicle, who is responcible for the vehicles condition? Surely as I have terminated my contract with them and it is their failure to collect or recieve the vehicle, I no longer have obligations under the finance agreement and the condition of the vehicle is their concern.
