Hello, I have just joined the forum. Could you help please? I have been in contact with the agent acting on behalf of the landowner regarding a parking related charge. I want to say exactly the right thing to the landowner in order for him to cancel the charge, which he said he would review - without it somehow being used against me at a later date. I have found so much information online, here, and in other forums but am in danger of becoming overwhelmed. If I just sent the transcript to VCS v Smith I feel that that would pretty much cover it! Has anyone got any experience of this please?
