  • Advice Needed - Understanding Credit Report

Hi. I've got here through accessing my credit file and being left me perplexed. I've tried to google but no luck in fully understanding the position I find myself in. I have a default in the sum of £65.00. The name is Lowell for BT. I have not had a BT account for many years but I know I have had, so it must be from then. On the credit report it says: Date opened - 2/1/13. Default Date 26/3/18. Last updated 12/5/19. I would have paid an amount of £65 had I known about it. What can I do with this? Any advice would be appreciated. I can pay it, but I really don't want it on my credit report. Many thanks.*
