I have CCJ found on my credit file when checking my credit rating,

I have CCJ found on my credit file when checking my credit rating, I didn't receive the paperwork for the CCJ for various reasons, I want to have it set aside?* I have done the paperwork for a CCJ to email to the courts with the fee, if someone who specializes in the kind of matter could review the docs before I send them, I would really appreciate that as I am new to this, but I really need this set-aside and I don't want it rejected by the courts for a very minor mistake. I believe it will take all of 2 minutes for someone skilled in working with courts to spot any errors and deem them to reject it. I can email all the paperwork........many thanks*
