    Sorry, I have another question. The defendant filed an application for an unless order but sent it to the wrong court. They also sent it to me, at least they claim that they did. I asked for default judgement to be entered. They say I was served with the application for an unless order and was wrong to have entered judgment. Is this true? They should have sent it to the court, surely?
