Hi. I'm new to this forum and new to legal anything actually. I currently work as a medical practitioner for the NHS - hope everyone is stating healthy.

I'm not sure if anyone can help here but the issue is related to property left in a will which will not be handed over and the request of a will not being carried out and what can be done.

I'll post in the will, probate and bereavement forum unless otherwise directed.
