    Lowell/ shop direct

    Hello just wondering if anybody knows why I received a letter today advising I owe a balance of £311.74 to the creditor shop direct when I’ve never had a credit card and never ordered from any website like very or littlewoods. It states the debt is from back in 2018, I’m only 21 and have a baby on the way this is too much worry,
