I recently received back from PRA/Barclaycard my CCA request.On the initial agreement the address is slightly wrong.Instead of 25 Windyridge it says Flat 25 Windyridge and the last half of the postcode is missing.Would this be enough grounds to default them on enforceabilility grounds or if it came to court would this be too flimsy.Many thanks in advance for any advice members can give,much appreciated.
