I have requested CCA's back in Oct/November, and have had 3 out of 4 come back to me to say they don't have the agreements and the debt is unenforceable (1 x Idem, 2 x Cabot). All debts defaulted over 6 years ago so are no longer on my Credit Report. Can I now write to them to inform them that I am ceasing payments to them until the CCA's can be found? has anyone got success stories from doing this? And is there a template to use to inform them of stopping payments?
